Securely send us your records such as doctor note, x-rays, and MRI’s so our medical team can provide a FREE records review

If you qualify to travel to us for surgery, you will first setup a video conference with your assigned surgeon, then choose a package that best fits your needs.

You will pay a single all-inclusive fee for all services and will know up front about your total cost.

You will meet with your surgeon in the office prior to your surgery so you have all your questions and concerns addressed adequately

You will have access to communication with the surgeon during your recovery, even after you return home.
